The first PocketPC Phone with a decent resolution camera has gone on sale in Russia today. The Voxtel W740 is a pretty standard tri-band GSM PocketPC phone with 64 MB RAM, 128 MB Flash, miniSD expansion, 2.8 inch QVGA screen and bluetooth 1.2. So far, nothing particularly special. What however distinguishes it from the run of the mill device is the 4 Megapixel CCD camera with autofocus which adorns its back.
Unfortunately, the device is only available in Russia - it is triband GSM, though (900/1800/1900MHz) and supports GPRS, so technically someone could import it and use it on a US carrier...hmm...
