Previous speculations that the Cingular Treo 750 coming to the US would run on the Palm OS are looking to be false according to leaked images of Cingular branded Treo 680 and Treo 750. The 680 is running the Palm OS and the 750 is running Windows Mobile. And the idea that the Treo 750 would be offered as free in lieu of Vodafone's offer for a free 750v may be unlikely due to a recent spotting. The Treo 680 is already slated to be the low-cost solution for new users, but then again, who knows until we see some hard facts.
