Ok here comes a stupid question...no laughing....but do you just DL a program like this and then..POOF... u have GPS on ur phone or is it more complicated then that? I see all these GPS programs but do you need other things also?

Not a stupid question at all! Some devices have built-in GPS which may be confusing when it comes to other GPS programs. Anywho... in the case of GPS Tuner, it requires that you also have a GPS receiver that is NMEA compatible.
