If you can jump-start cars, why not handheld devices too? Geek.com reports of such a concept being developed by a Korean company. No real details have surfaced but a great point was made about connectors...how feasible would this sort of "cable" be with a plethora of various connectors out there? I can't imagine something like this to be the sign of an era of universal connectors, and definitely not a replacement for extended batteries. Regardless, if the company comes up with a solution, I'm all ears.
A Korean company has reportedly developed a new gadget that powers up a dead cellphone via one that has some juice. You apparently hook up a dual-ended power connector between the two cellphones, and it immediately starts powering the dead cellphone. And while it's being "juiced," you can start making calls.
