If you like the idea of watching your favorite TV programs on the go, or a place where your TV isn't, then good news... Slingbox has dropped in price to $199 and seems to be hoping to bait in some more customers. I'm not sure if this is a response to lower-cost (even free) options that are out there like Orb, but if easy-use and wider compatibility is something that you don't want to compromise, then check out the Sling Media Slingbox here!

I have used both system and SlingBox is a better option if you have a Satellite Receiver. As a matter of fact, I'm typing this note with SlingPlayer playing windowed. I'm watching an X-File episode recorded in my DirecTV TiVo.
Great review of the SlingBox ctitanic! I too would prefer the SlingBox, but free (Orb) is just too good of a deal to pass up! If I watched TV enough, I might fess up and get one of these...
