Whoa ho ho… could this be yet another UMPC model from Sony? UMPC News is reporting that the FCC has approved a handheld PC model labeled as the Sony VAIO PCG-1J1L and 1K1L. According to the available image, the stylus is being said to indicate a screen size of 5-8”. Other specs include Windows OS, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GSM/EDGE connectivity.

UPDATE: Phooey...According to Micro PC Talk, the images above are just confirmation of something that we already knew about the VAIO UX coming to the states through Dynamism.com. Any hoot... look for the UX180p in the US around mid July!
