Dallab, a company in Malaysia has just announced Dallab DX8 a Pocket PC Phone with a phone form-factor. We're glad to see it's going to use a 416 Mhz CPU but we aren't so happy about the measly 64MB of ROM (especially when running Windows Mobile 5.0) [edit: there may have been a typo on the DX8 website as woo pointed out. There may actually be 128 MB of ROM and 64 MB of RAM] . Everything else looks rather standard except the size. Considering that it's only 113 x 50 x 22 mm (the Audiovox SMT5600 is 108 x 46 x 16 mm) yet still running Pocket PC will definetly turn heads. Read more for the full specs.

According to the brochure in their website the memory specification is:
Flash ROM 128MB

woo:
It must be a typo on the site because it would make more send for the ROM to be 128MB and the RAM to be 64MB. They better fix their website. Thanks for the heads up!
