In an article titled "Our Favorite Smart Phones," PC Magazine chooses their top 4. It's great to see 3 out of the 4 devices chosen were Windows Mobile (and the 4th one a BlackBerry, but who knows how long that will last). The Pocket PC on the list is the Treo 700w:
"The most usable one-handed Pocket PC, this is a solid choice for business users looking for an e-mail-oriented phone that works with the latest Exchange servers. And the modem has been pumped up to EV-DO, which runs at about the speed of CDMA."
