I need an open VOIP program for WM 6.1

Hello My HYC T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 is fantastic!

I have been trying to get a workable application to utilize my Gizmo5 VOIP service.

Apparently the download that Gizmo5 offers doesn't work on my phone.

Soooooo, I need another configurable voip softphone that will function on my unit using my/Gizmo5 configuration.

Is there an open X-ten type application for wm6 devices?

Can anyone please help me resolve this issue.

Tmobile took the voip/sip stuff off the phone - I've been messing around with the instructions at
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=401608
but no success yet. Wondering if you made any progress?

Thanks for your reply.
I'm reading those previous links you directed me to. They never specifically mentioned my Phone TOUCH PRO 2, but they did mention ALL kinds of problems they had with their particular HTC model. I dont want to loose my GPS or anything else......... I just want a VOIP program that works reliably without messing up something else on the phone.

Does ANYBODY know if this cab. file link Sam has mentioned works 100% with GIZMO5 and TOUCH PRO 2?.

Also, i have tried to useing SJPHONE, but it appears to be dialing the dial stain too quickly for my networks to interpret. It regesters and all that, but it comes across with a recording, "Call cannot be connected as dialed, please check the number and try again".

This Touch PRO 2 is Probably the best on the market today!
