Hello there!I'm fench and i've visited this forum when my ipaq hw 6515 didn't start...It stays with the logo hp and "v.0.21"...I read on a topic a man had the same problem as me and told the software Universal Bootloader had fixed his problem...I downloaded it but i really don't understand how i could resolve my problem because i don't understand wow it runs!If somebody can help me it'll be nice!!
Finally i didn't use this program too complicated, i've just taken my brother's computer which is with windows Xp whereas mine is with Vista and i fixed my mobile updating it with Xp. Just don't update yours with Vista! normally, it would work after a little update on the microsoft website.
