But basically i switched from a cheapy small flip phone over to an expensive HtC Mogul 6800 and i've run into so many little things i might just have to switch back.
Ok so at this point i'm keepin gthe phone inside the case at all times and in my pocket. I have shut off ALL buttons i can find in the settings except the camera one. I'm trying to lock the dang thing every chance i can remember. Trying to keep the thing locked.
But, i'm still running into fun stuff.
My grandma just called me and said that last week she called and with out a ring or anything the phone immediatly answered and she could hear me talking with somebody else. Even if i lock the phone i can still answer with that fat green phone button. Is that getting pressed in my pocket? How can i make 100% sure that the phone only answers when i deliberatly make it so?
Also sometimes people call and i will look at the phone and it will be in Calibration mode. Which seems to take over the whole thing until your done calibrating the thign. How is this happeneing? I can't seem to answer the phone either! I mean i've pulled the phone out of its case and seen it in different positions - as in, lots of different things opened up. Random programs etc.. but the calibration thing is really bad.
Any help on these things are appriciated. I love the text messaging with the keyboard. I use that a lot and its great. But outside of that i really want a nice working phone, thank you. My old flip phone was better for a stable and reliable actual phone.
Also something thats sad is i live in an apt (i'm on Sprint) where my service is really bad inside. I had my cheapy phone and it was rough. But now i have this Mogul and everybody says its worse. They say its noticably worse on every convo any time of the day. Thats just sad. This is kind of depressing.
