Xv6700 Ghost Screen / White Screen

I Have A Xv6700 Where The Screen Gets Very Pale From Time To Time. You Can Still Kinda See What Is Going On But It Is Mostly Whited Out. I Am Thinking Its Either The Lcd Or The Digitizer....anyone Else Have This Issue And If So How Did You Fix It?
