Connecting O2 xda mini s to PC

Hi, I know nothing about computers or PDA's but I bought one anyway.. I am trying to connect my Mini S to my computer to transfer music and excel files etc, I have a usb cable but no software cds. Is there anywhere I could download drivers or something? please explain in lamest terms!! I dont understand the lingo yet! cheers, Kim

Hi,

To connect your device to your PC and be able to do what you want, you must download Activesync 4.5 from Microsoft website. Activesync lets you sync data such as Calendar, Contacts, email between the device the pc provided you use Microsoft Outlook. Activesync 4.5 is compatible with XP. If you have Vista, you need to download Windows Mobile Device Center at www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile.
