Dear Friends,
I am using i-mate Jasjam. If I try to install any softare, all most all softwares are comming like "this is not a valid windows 32 softare". Please any one help me to install the programs.

It seems to me you're trying to install directly on the phone itself. Most installers need to be run on the pc with the pda connected through USB. You also need to have activesync installed on your pc if you're running XP or device center if running Vista. Both of them are avaialable as free downloads on Microsoft website.
