i'm new to the forum & already need help.
while i'm downloading the upgrade for the 8525, my phone goes blank and the active sync is diconnected. can anyone help with this ?
First you must make sure nothing else is running. Especially no windows updates. I was having the same problem so what I did was start all over. Sync your phone and run it again. Your phone will turn those different colors like red, green, black, white and your sync will go down. Don't unplug it keep going through the processes and hopefully it will pick it up. That's what it finally did for me. Good Luck!
