I've been fiddling with my 8525 for just a short time now and I've just run up against an odd problem. I downloaded an mp3 to the thing (No idea of how it happened, but I was pleased nonetheless) and it started playing on its own. I shut down the media player and later came back and tried to play the mp3 again.
The snag occured when I realized that I had no idea of where the hell the mp3 file went to! There didn't seem to be any destination listed for the d/l and I couldn't find it just using the phone UI. I hit the "Add to library" button on the media player and the file was found, but I would still really like to know where that bugger is hiding out.
Is the only way to manipulate these files through ActiveSync or can I find it some other way?
Ok..it turns out I'm not all that bright after all. Found the file using the "file explorer". It turns out there was the file explorer the whole time and my eyes just gleaned over it every time.
On a side note, my first thread here is me talking to myself...
