Any theme for windows mobile 5 should work fine. A simple google search should find you some good hits.
I know there's a program called wisbar advanced that can be used to theme your device. However, unless you use the trial version, you have to pay for it.
You could always make you own themes using this free Theme Generator from Microsoft. You can download it from here.
A QUICK NOTE: The tool is for Windows Mobile 2002, but it still works on WM5. But, the colors on your phone don't match exactly with the colors you selected in the tool. And at the completion of the theme, don't check the box to copy theme to phone now; unfortunatly that feature does not work. So just copy the .tsk file manually to your phone.
I'm sure there are better theme generators out there, but I like this one for it's cost (free) and simplicity.
