Time changes when syncing

I've just noticed that my times drops back an hour when I sync. My pc time shows the correct time, but my ppc always goes back an hour behind my pc time. How can i fix this?

Make sure your Pocket PC has the same time zone as your PC and verify the Time Zone in Outlook is correct (Tools -> Options -> Preferences tab, click on the Calendar Options button -> Click on the Time Zone button).
