I have an HP iPAQ 2490 running WM5 with a 2 Gig SD card and a 2 Gig CF card. My system is set up to store all my files on the SD card and it only has less than 10% of the SD card capacity used.
The problem that currently confounds me is the failure of my iPAQ to save a Word document to the SD card, and if I change the storage location to the CF card the system will still not let me save the Word file. The only way I can save the file is to save it to main memory then later save it to my SD card.
Today I had run MemMaid then tried to save a new file of only 7K in size from Word and had to save it to main memory. I also had this same problem before I installed MemMaid.
One of these days the file is going to be too big to save to the main memory and I will lose the file.
Has anyone expierenced this problem and has anyone found a solution to the problem?
