I have a 8125 for a year now. It was working great. It is not charging now.
I thought it was the battery. I bought a new charger and battery from Cingular. The battery had initially charge on it. I put it in to the wall charger. It said it is charging but after using it for few minutes. It is dead now. I see the red indicator light on. It left it over night still it wont come on.
I have the mda and had a similar problem. I have insurance on my ppc and took it to tmobile. the issue was with the usb port not being secured inside the device. They offered to fix it but I told em i wanted new You might want to check to see if the port is secure or a little loose. Hope this helps.
