Hello everybody, this is my first post and thx for you all that help to everyone. I bought on eBay a used (MDA VARIO, XDA Mini S, Q-Tek 9100, I-Mate K-Jam) phone and when I turn it on the welcome and boot images come out, then the image where ask to “tap on a screen to set up your windows …” is come out too but when taping on a screen nothing happen so I can’t do anything with the phone because I can’t setup. Can any one please give some idea about how to fix this? Is some picture guide to disassemble this phone? Thx very much in advance.

Make sure that you tap and hold on the screen at the exact location of the cross. Press gently and the cross will move. Repeat the steps until the screen changes and you move to the next setup window.

Thx 4 ur replay but I know how to use this kind of phone (used several palms, owned a soniericson P910i, cingular 8125 and now this i-mate k-jam) I mean, the problem is not my unknown about this way to use the screen, the problem is that the screen do not recognize any move or press over there. Thx again
