vx6700 needs to be activated with number how to read spc

i have one vx6700 audoivox by verizon and i am trying to read the spc in order to activate this phone.
can u help me with info on how to read spc

if you have verizon all you have to do to activate is dial *228 then 1.if thats what your asking

i live in central america i want to activate with a cellphone number but i need to program it with nam setting and and being able to read the spc
