new here, but had rubbish xda mini for over a year now. continual problems.

Hi guys, as title suggests, had an xda mini for over a year now, had been wanting one for a long time, love these kind of gadgets and utilities, unfortunatly have had continual problems with it, generally its a rubbish phone. love the features etc but its just so unstalbe, list of problems, wouldnt know where to start, been sent back 4/5 times through telstra shop here, lots of chasing around, for items such as buzzing noises, lack of reception, screen recalibration, software issues, list goes on, anyhow, in the meantime I'll figure out something to do with it, its now out of warranty by the time I had it repaired and for another problem to occur, but yeh terrible headache, regardless, I'll be happy to get rid of it as soon as possible, but will stick with some form of pda/phone, dont know about sticking with 02 considering the lack of customer support, though I dont know whether to blame them or the Telstra shop dealing with them for me? I will call fair trading and O2 up Monday and see what I can manage, I hear Atom Execs are alot cleaner now...anyhow, sorry to make my intro post a rant, but its good to get it off my chest! terrible terrible terrible!

called up O2 today, to follow up on the xda, they have escalated, will see the outcome this week...be interesting, there isnt much of a dealer/center here in australia despite selling them through distributors, the call center was based in Singapore. So all in all I've sent it to there repair center 4 times, the 4th time they were supposed to replace it I believe, but they stated they couldnt replicate the fault. but now its shat itself, with the buzzing noise, the software issues, ie cant see the numbers come up on the screen when I dial, or dial from contact list, occasional issues whilst using speakerphone, and settings such as backlight dont keep.
