Hi have just aquired an Unlocked Orange SPV M500 but I can only get one bar signal at best and it mostly drops the network, Any one have any ideas or tricks to try before I send it off for repair? Also can anyone recomend any repairers in the UK?

I just dumped my SPV after it kept breaking - the word on the street is that despite being made by the normally reliable HTC, Orange seem to do something to them that knackers them up for good! The only authorised repairers for the SPV range are orange...unless you find an indy who knows their way around HTC phones they are likely the only ones who would touch it. The large multi net chains cant even sell SPV branded phones hence their allergy to fixing them!
