Samsung 400Mhz vs Intel Xscale 520Mhz Chips for Pocket PC PDAs

Hello to everyone

Can someone explain or point to the article that explains the differences between the Samsung 400Mhz vs Intel Xscale 520Mhz Chips.

And which of the chips is faster? I understand that the speeds indicated may not really meant that the higher speed is faster than what is indicated.

Can someone commend on the Eten G500 and Mio A700. Both are Windows Mobile PDA phones with GPS Sirfstar III receiver antennas.
