E800 wont synchronise on XP. HELP!

I've been running my e800 on windows ME successfully, but since I upgraded to XP it refuses to synchronise my outlook.
Any hints, software upgrades or things I should know to get me back into action.

Also, I can't get my powerpoints to work.

Clear Vue Presentation opens but won't allow me access to the screen and won't find my .ppt files.

Help me please!

Welcome to Pocket PC Addict lcholmes! My guess is that after the upgrade to XP the new firewall is blocking the ports ActiveSync needs to work. My suggesstion would be to either unblock the firewall ports under the Windows Firewall settings in the Control Panel, or reinstalling ActiveSync and "unblock" the application when Windows prompts you.

As for your PowerPoint files, where are they being stored? Have you tried placing them into the My Documents folder on the Pocket PC and searching there with ClearVue Presentation?

Let us know if any of this is successful for you!

-Tim
