the hurdle is getting to install the sync software on my pc
it does not like the fact that my pc is without xp service pack 2
i am unable to download sp 2 for various reasons
i tried using an earlier version of activesync 3.8 but it does not detect the device
how can i complete sync with active sync bcz whenever i plug in my USB n sync it shows only favorites and how can i easily copy my contacs from imate kjam to pc b/c i heard abt that use of MS outlook can help but i don know how i wish somebody help us
