Have you been following the whole Google IPO thing? Google IPO Follies
These guys have royally screwed this up, and I think they should call the whole thing off. They should come back to the table in about a year, and do a NORMAL IPO.
I respect the ideals they are shooting for, but many good ideas are only good in theory. There is no way they can make this work in practice.
I really wanted in on this IPO as soon as I heard about it. But the more I read about it, the less I want to be anywhere near some shares of Google for the first six months.
It'll be interesting to see what happens. . . .
