Turn a Sony U-70 into a Tablet PC

I am pumped! I have a Sony U-70 sitting in San Francisco right now having made it's way from Japan to my house. I can't wait to get it and am going to turn it into the world's smallest Tablet PC. I have a photo and some information about it on jkOnTheRun.
What do you think of this project? Do you think this small form factor makes more sense than current larger tablets? My goal is not to replace my PPC but rather totally replace my laptop while I'm mobile.

Actually, umm, Brad is back. Didn't he tell you?
I'm going to do a super thorough review of the U70 and also an article about installing (and getting to work) the Tablet OS on it.

Jealous is a word I hate to associate with tech gadets but in this case I definitely am :P .
You've GOTTA keep us posted on how your project with the U70 progresses JK.
It'd be great to see pic's of the device in operation!

Will do. I have some interesting things planned for this device. Besides trying to make it into a true Tablet (which will allow it to take advantage of the extra capabilities OneNote gets with pen input) I'm going to install full speech recognition on it.
Don't worry- I'm still going to need my PPC. As I've said before I don't see these UPCs replacing PPCs but rather laptops. I want to go completely laptop free if possible.
