This one is great!!! On my T-Mobile MDA 5.0 it runs like a champ. In addition to Spb Pocket Plus I added the Spb Weather plugin the combination works great for me.
On the performance side of things I noticed very little impact on the system.
I have the Spb Pocket Plus and I can tell you IF YOU HAVE A POCKET PC YOU NEED THIS APPLICATION.....GET IT. That is all I need to say it IS THAT GOOD and worth every cent you pay for it, you WILL NOT be sorry you purchased it. It make working on your PPC FUN and more productive.
I tried it and although it looked pleasant, I found it caused my 8525 to become a little laggier then normal. did anyone else get this? all I really wanted it for was a close button that actually closed and I can get that out of other programs focused solely on that. all in all i'm sure it is a great program! just not for me!
Pros: It looks good and provides a completely customizable "face", the soft-reset function is decent, it provides a true close function for programs.
Cons: It lags [very] noticably. It had a tendency to freeze my PPC on occasion - I'm certainly not down with that. Four (4)+ MB's of needed space for a utility program?!?
Overall: It does what it claims to do. If you're looking for a program with some graphical flair, go for this. Personally, I need space and speed, so I would not take this program up.
