PocketCM is a finger friendly contact application for PDA phone, it will allow you to scroll to you list of contacts, call them and edit them.
Actually it's the rewrite in native of ContactManager, a .NET version of a finger friendly contact.
ContactManager is a... Contact Manager ! True !
It looks like new apps, with the Touch or Apple look-n-feel... Vertical scrolling, and lateral scrolling are superb... even with thumb ! A nice and PRO interface... This is a good looking tool... once it is configured !
You'll need to edit an INI file (remember, the dark Windows 3.11's years !). After reading a bit in the INI file, you'll able to custom your interface...
Change the 1stName-LastName sorting, change the font size, etc... One thing to mention is that this soft is able to sort your contacts with Outlook's "SaveAs". At Least !
To make appear the OS top bar, you'll need to edit the INI file, replacing standard value to fullscreen=0
[Added] : If you decide to put this soft to your right softkey, you'll need RemapSoftKeys
Hey There! I already have this program on my wing. It is stored on my memory card. My phone was hard reset by mistake. Can you please tell me how to reinstall this program? Thank you!
I downloaded version v0.20b (released 02-18-08) and was impressed immediately with the look and feel. Very responsive and accurate.
v0.20b allows you to exit by touching in top right corner, even though the "X" does not appear. Also, no need to remap the softkey in this version. It's defaulted to lower right.
Hmmm... it didn't pull contacts from my SIM card, but otherwise it's very, very fine software.
Give the man a few bucks.
