O2 Xda II mini / dopod 818 / Qtek S100 / i-mate JAM support MP3 ringtone but the option in File Explorer is missing. This patch will fix the problem. It will add the option in the File Explorer for MP3 file. (For English device)

Steps of Installation
Copy the cab file into the PPC phone and then run it in the File Explorer of your PPC Phone.
P.S. Remember soft reset it after installation

Works great thank, on Jas Jam.

Tip 1) copy the .cab don't extract the files. copy the cab and run it.

Tip 2) you have to drop the mp3 into ringtone folder in windows....can't get em to run off storage card....if you do lemme know how.

BTW my favourite ringtone is now satisfaction by Benny Benassi and the Biz, push me and then just touch me till i can get my satisfaction.....perfect for a self important mobile to barrage you with.

Hi everyone,
I transferred the file (actually the 4 files) to my i-mate jam, but when I try to install from the phone I get a message "no application is linked to this file; open the application first and then open the file". Help...

Great Stuff!!

I have been trying to findsome option from various websites...but this time worked!!

Remember to copy the file as such...do not extract.
Click on the Zip file and it will install automatically.
Go to your MP3 file and right click, and here it goes!!
