Have upgraded my 8925 tilt to the official WM 6.1 from HTC web site.
in general, version function just great. however, i cant surf the web while connect via WiFi meaning i get connected to my home portal 2wire 1000sw router (like my other PC's) the connection to the HTC is steady but when trying to surf i get an error like am not connected.
on previous WM6 with same settings everything was OK and also when connecting it to PC with activsync i can surf (without the WiFi).
ok, it's clear now. I was able of surfing the net via WiFi connection when connect through other router. so, it's not the PDA or WM6.1 or the settings.
IT'S THE ROUTER I'M USING "2WIRE HOME PORTAL 1000SW"
Have posted a resuest to "2wire" for an upgrade but that chaces for an upgrade are too low. am having firmware v3.5.7.
i'll be glad hearing about 1000sw firmware versions.
