HI,

My problem is when my service provider sends me an email that has a voice message attached to it, but the file is LogicaCMG which windows media player doesn't open. I follow the instructions to save it to the device Tytn II, then i can't seem to open it via windows media player... this error also happens with vidoe mail that file is name is CMG video message....

any ideas
