I've noticed on searching the forum that most responses
have been to hard reset? even though you will lose all data.
I don't care because I have it all backed up.
nevermind... i figured it out. i know its a reset button down below, but i didn't know what keys to hold down... one forum said the two L and R keys right below the screen BUT they didn't mention holding down the windows key altogether with the L and R keys too. this hard resets it... lol
