8525 reboot repeatedly

I have a 8525 that reboots and doesnt stop. it make it goes to the AT&T screen and just keep cycling there...any ideas

Try hardresetting the device this should solve the problem if not let us know

did hard boot and it didnt help the phone had other problems but the hard boot fixed it and then this situation occoured..

ok well i was told the phone was hard rebooted but I am not sure and I want to do it my self to I can rule that out...how do you hard boot it??

There is somewhere in these forums instructions on how to do a hard reset on may devices. I just dont member where

Plus under your system settings you should be able to select "clear storage" which will reset the phone. Thats if your able to get it to start and load up. If not youll have to do it manually.

yeah just clear the storage under settings/ device let us know if this helps.
