Right now the phone just shows a red/blue/green/white screen and says serial......I have fixed this before but when I turn it off it does it again.....HOW do I fix this ?
First of all please refrain from swearing on this forum this is family forum
Second try performing a hardreset if this is not solving the issue you will need to reinstall a rom as yours has becoome corupt, if you just purchased the device just return it.
