First off just wanted to say this is a great forum and overall site for all things ppc that aside heres my issue. I just recently got a at&t 8525 off ebay and so far its been great all except for one thing. On the slide out keyboard some of the symbols are switched around. For instance when I hit the secondary key and "W" to get a "!" I instead get "@". It does this with nearly all the symbols only a few of them work as they should. When not using the secondary key everything else works fine.
It's not really a big deal Ive already started memorizing what I need to hit to get what I want I was just curious if this was a common issue and might have some easy fix.
I've not heard that before, but there are probably zillions of issues I have not heard of before. You could try (backup first) doing a hard reset (puts you back to factory settings) and see if that clears anything up.
