TyTN Won't connect to PC

TyTN use to be able to connect to PC just fine - computer recognized it as a device and all and could upload files/programs onto TyTN
Now- none of my computers will connect/recognize the TyTN and will only charge it. Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you performed a soft reset? Are you sure you cable is good? I have a cable that will charge my PPC but I have to play with it to get AS to see it.

An easy solution, if you have a backup or can create one, is to perform a hard reset. I had an AS issue a month or so ago and that is what I eventually needed to do. Must have been some corruption somewhere.

If you connect your TyTn to PC, what does it say? Anything like USB drivers not recognized or similar?

Is your head-phones working through the same jack?

Regards,
Carty..
