Clear Storage

Hello All, I have had my 8525 for about three months and have enjoyed it every day. I thaught I was doing good modding and all but today i decided to play a little too much and went to clear storage thinking it would wipe the phone. To my amazement it has also deleted all my sim contacts. Being the moron that i am, i dont believe i have backed up my contacts. does anyone know if there is a way to get them back or is all lost? I had almost 400 business and personal email and telephone contacts and i am almost sick at this point. If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to help me out.

If you had sync-ed your device with your PC, there is still hope. Or if you have done daily backups. Otherwise, there is none sadly.

I have syncd many times with my computers but never syncd the contacts. I am now a firm believer of backing up my data but its a shame it took this to make me realize i needed to do it.

Here's a non-preferred suggestion - sync your most important contacts to the SIM card. Unfortunately, Cingular's SIM card will only take name and one phone no. You'll still lose other info (address, notes, add'l nos.), but it's better n nothing.
