I have Cingular 8525 and was wondering
can it still be unlocked if i don,t have the sim with it
also can i use it without a sim card just for wifi

Yes it can still be unlocked without the sim card in the phone. What would be the purpose of having the phone if your not going to use all of the wonderful features it offers?

Yes and yes and you might want to update it to WM6 while you are at it.
