Sync two 8125's together? (possible?)

I know just enough to get by but I can't figure this one out.

We have a photography studio that is run by my wife. She does all the scheduling on the computer there and then syncs her 8125 with that computer.

I just bought a used 8125 for me and I was hoping that we could sync mine to hers at home. I was thinking they could link via bluetooth or the beam feature and update mine that way? Is that possible?

We do not have good link. We do not even have a data plan. We get email or surf via the WIFI if needed.

Do you have Outlook? You should both be able to sync with Outlook.

I have four computers at home and do not have Outlook on any of them. I guess I need to get in on at least one.

We use outlook express at home.

You would think with this technology, that you could just sync them up via bluetooth...I guess not.

I was hoping to be able to set it up to just get them within 10 meters of each other and hit the sync...and be done.

Outlook

It's on the computer at the studio. We just don't have it installed on any of the computers at home.

I was hoping to keep from having to snyc my 8125 to a computer. I wanted to sync my 8125 to her 8125. Hers being the master that holds all appointments. Updating mine daily.

Again....you would think with all these things do, that you could make hers update mine via bluetooth at will. Set up a partnership and sync right up in a matter of seconds.

I just want mine to be updated daily (at home) or ever other day to know what's scheduled. I hate asking here over and over what we have going on tomorrow.
