Howdy guys I got an easy question, just need some advice. I already have headphones mounted in my full face motorcycle helmet, and they use an 1/8" headphone jack which I connect to my MP3 player to get some tunes for those lonely rides to school.
I just got an 8125 and wanted to be able to listen to stereo music from the phone, and also be able to receive phone calls as well. Since I will be on the bike with "maybe" one hand free (To push the talk button), I need it to be a pretty seemless handsfree operation. Right now Im using the 3/32" jack, convert to 1/8" to listen to music, but how would I add in the mic?
I work at Radioshack, so getting the parts arent a problem, but I was curious if the triple ring 3/32" and 1/8" will do the trick with stereo headphones? I have tried it before with no avail, but Im pretty hand with a soldering iron, so I can make what I need, I just dont know how the 8125 audio jack works for sure.
