8125 Stuck on Opening screen

Ok I have a Cingular 8125 g4 phone. I unlocked the CID using imei-check. I then installed the touchflo rom. After flashing the rom to my phone i accidentially did a soft rest instead of a hard reset. Now my phone will turn on and go to "Cingular raising the bar" blue screen with now three sets of numbers on the top left hand corner.

IPL 2.25.0001
SPL 2.25.0001
(there is nothing here)
OS 6.0.0.1

After it gets to this screen it will not continue froward. If any one can let me know what i should do by providing directions and software links to install that would be very helpful. My phone allows me to go to Bootloader mode, and i can still do hard/soft rests. After my failed attempt and my phone froze up i did try to install the touchflo in bootloader mode and it didn't work. It only let me go to the blue welcome screen. EnableRapi and cert_spcs were installed sucessfully as well.

I also tried going to a Cingular store but the Cingular 8125 isn't made any more and it was absolutely no help. If my phone is bricked with no help of ever fully turning back on let me know and I'll give up hope. But right now I'm giving it a week or two before i go and get a new phone what ever it may be.

The only thing that i could really think of trying would be to install the original Windows Mobile 5 ROM, but the only problem is my activesync program will not recognize my phone when i attach it in bootloader mode. And it won't recognize it when its on the welcoming screen.

So any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: i have tried both an XP computer and a VISTA computer and the activesync program will not work on either of them.

2nd EDIT: People have been telling me that if i install the original ROM on bootloader mode that it will flash. But every time I have tried this the program tells me that I need to "check the USB connection between the PDA and computer". If someone could send me a program that knows works on vista or an XP computer that would be greatly appreciated.

3rd EDIT: FIXED THE PROBLEM, I used my Xp computer and finally had a successful transfer on RUU WM5. Now onto the task of adding touchflo to it. If any one knows any programs to use let me know.

If it wouldn't be too much to ask for, could you post an in depth instruction on how you managed to solve this problem?

I currently have the same exact problem where my 8125 is stuck on the initial opening screen.

If you would be so kind as to guide me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

Ok first off i used an XP computer because it is a lot more compatible and easy to work with. Next you are going to need to download Windows Mobile 5 RUU. Which can be found here.

HTC: Support: Cingular 8125 Software Downloads

After this is downloaded put your phone into bootloader mode and attach it to your computer via USB cable and wait for the word "USB" to appear at the bottom left corner of the screen. It should appear within seconds of plugging in the USB to your phone. Now run the RUU program. For me when the RUU began to install it got to 4 percent then stopped. Don't worry, Just do a soft reset putting it back into bootloader mode, unplug USB and plug it back in, wait for the word "USB" to appear at the bottom, and rerun the RUU program. After i did this my phone was restored to factory settings.
