I'm using a Moto Razr USB cable as we speak to update/charge my 8125, so I suspect the problem lies elsewhere. Have you downloaded the drivers for the device? Even a Razr won't connect to the PC with this cable if the drivers aren't in place. You may want to try the HTC website (the search command will turn up 8125 pages, even though they're no longer linked), or try the support pages for your cellular company. Best of luck! |
