"Regenerate" tasks not sync'ing

Hello:

I hope someone can help me, I have done several searches and called both Sprint and Pocket Informant help desk with no results.

Since I first got my PPC 6700 not all of my tasks have synchronized to the Pocket PC. I finally narrowed it down to those tasks that are set to regenerate X days after completion. These are the ones that do not show up on my PPC. I installed Pocket Informant as their product description included a reference to this type of task, but they still don't show up on the PPC. I love PI otherwise, but I still have this issue. Does anyone know how to get these tasks to sync? I guess I can change them all to regular recurring tasks, I just hate to do that if there is another solution.

I am running:
Windows 2000 SP 4
Outlook 2003 SP 2
ActiveSync 4.2.0 (Build 4876)
WM 5

PI Help Desk suggested trying the Beta Active Sync, but I saw no mention of this issue in the description of that product. I don't want to create more issues if there is no reason to beleive the new version will fix it.

Thanks,
