How to disable on screen password for HTC MOGUL 6800???

Does any body have the HTC mogul 6800 from sprint and know how to disable the on screen password that you have to enter in order to unlock the phone? Please tell me its very annoying having to enter it every 15 minutes!!!!! Thank you!
