I am not sure what I did to it but I cannot make it work. I took the battery out but it goes back to the same screen and nothing else works. Is frozen. Please help.
If you have already, try leaving the battery out for several minutes (in case you just popped it out and back in). If that does not work, you may be in a for a hard reset.
It first froze on one screen, soft start did not work. I did a hard start and it worked for a couple of days. Froze again, I tried soft start and no response, i took the battery out and when I put it back in the phone will not power on. when I plug it in it goes on and off but will not stay on.
If it is still under warranty I wold try and get it covered. It sounds like a hardware problem. When you plug it in are you powering off of USB or a wall outlet? Some devices, if a battery is dead will not charge the battery without the factory charger getting it going (USB charging has a little less power).
