I have had to remove on several occasions a unit that I had mated with the active sync once before and it was acting funny. If you are using the 4.3 revision click on the files menu, click on the mobile device menu and click one of the units. Click on the files menu again click on the delete mobile device option. I have usually performed this action until I have deleted all of the mobile devices in the list so that the list is empty. Then I cradle my device again and start the mating or paring of the device again. This will usually correct the issue. Good luck with this issue. |
