Hello, I hope you all can help. I recently purchased a Dell Axim x51 for my mother and today it has started giving me a "unknown card in Slot 1" message. I haven't been able to find out how to fix this. I've tried two memory cards in the device, both from ScanDisk and it doesn't work. One of the cards works in my axim x3, so I'm not sure if it is the memory card. I'm a complete ignoramus to this and I am hoping someone can help me. Thank you! |
